A street address must be provided as our carriers cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
If you are not satisified with your purchase, simply return the items to us within 10 days of purchase and we will gladly refund the purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. If your order is incorrect, call customer service at 662-204-4025. We will be glad to help you with the return or exchange. For orders that are incomplete or damaged, we will replace the item with no additional shipping charges. Any damaged product must be in original packing carton and held for up to 7 working days for our carrier to pick up for return to us for proper credit. Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt in order to receive replacements. Items reported after 10 days cannot be honored. Please read instructions for proper care and burning of candles as no credit is given if instructions are not followed.Payment Method
We accept Visa or Mastercard on our website. If ordering by phone, we accept Visa, Mastercard, cashiers check, and money order. If payment is received by cashiers check or money order, we will ship immediately upon receipt of payment.Canceling an Order

Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will remove that item from your order and complete the rest of the order.
