Return Information

We want you to love everything about your order from Wicks N’ More Candle Company. If your order is damaged during shipping or not as expected, contact us within 3 business days. Pictures of damaged items and packaging are requested in order that we may improve our delivery service.

Exchanges or credit will be made for any product sent in error or damaged. Please do not throw away any boxes damaged in shipping.

Shipping Information

We make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Since our candles and simmers are made to order, we do ask for a few extra days on larger orders.

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping in the US. If you are located outside of the US and would like to order, let us know and we will provide a quote to ship your order. If your order is $75 or more, shipping is free.

Close to our home office? Place your order online, we will have it ready when you come by. As always, local pickup is free.

For our wholesale customers, shipping is based on the amount of your order. Wholesalers that place an order through our website will receive an invoice. All invoices for the order must be paid prior to shipping.
