Return Information

We want you to love everything about your order from Wicks N’ More Candle Company. If your order is damaged during shipping or not as expected, contact us within 3 business days. Pictures of damaged items and packaging are requested in order that we may improve our delivery service. There are no returns on Closeout items.

Exchanges or credit will be made for any product sent in error or damaged. Please do not throw away any boxes damaged in shipping.

Shipping Information

We make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Since our candles and simmers are made to order, we do ask for a few extra days on larger orders.

We offer $10 flat-rate shipping in the continental US on orders $100 and below. If your order is over $100, shipping is 10% of your order. We are happy to ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.  Please contact us at 662-205-4025 or wicksnmore1@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Close to our home office? Place your order online, we will call or email when we have it ready for you to come by. As always, local pickup is free.

For our wholesale customers, shipping is based on the size and weight of your order. Wholesalers that place an order through our website will receive an invoice. All invoices for the order must be paid prior to shipping.
